On March 13, 2024, as the cutterhead of the shield machine slowly drove out of the tunnel, the shield of the left line of the section of Gaoxin Middle Station (Kexing Station) ~ Gaoxin North Station (Songping Station) of Shenzhen Metro Line 13 was successfully penetrated. So far, the shield of the main line of Shenzhen Metro Line 13 has been completed, laying a solid foundation for the early completion and opening of the project.
During the period, it faced major risk sources such as soft and hard strata, thick sand layer of tunnel overburden, and full-section hard rock (rock strength up to 140Mpa), and overcame the small clear distance between the left and right lines (the minimum clear distance was 2.58m, and the length of the small clear distance section was 50m), and the construction period went through 13 opening positions and tool changes.
In this regard, the project team focused on the problems of shield construction of the project, invited experts and scholars in the industry to hold consultation meetings, and went to the site to guide the construction from time to time.
In addition, during the construction of the underpass oil and gas pipeline, the participating units implemented a 24-hour joint duty system to pay 24-hour real-time attention to the safety, quality, progress and risk of the site, continuously refine the shield tunneling parameters, strictly control the shield tunneling attitude, and timely grasp the surface and pipeline settlement change parameters, so as to ensure the smooth breakthrough of the interval tunnel.
